Crème Brulee Espresso
A new Juan Valdez ® recipe to try at home !
1 cup of fresh cream
1 cup of milk
1/3 cup of white sugar
1 tablespoon of Juan Valdez ® Freeze Dried Chocolate coffee
2 cinnamon sticks
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1. Mix the ingredients in a pot and heat with a medium flame. In another bowl, whip the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar.
2. Remove the cinnamon and slowly add the egg yolks to the mix, stirring all the time.
3. Pour the mix into individual heat -proof dishes, placing them inside a larger bowl filled with hot water for bain-marie cooking.
4. Place in an oven preheated to 350°F for 30 minutes
Serve cold and enjoy with your loved ones!
