HANDMADE ACRYLIC THREAD BAG
The Mochila, a traditional Wayuu woven bag, tells a story through bright colors and geometric shapes. The Wayuu originated in Colombia’s Guajira region on the northern coast and are related linguistically to the Arawak. They view these bags as a symbol of intelligence and creativity. In weaving them, Wayuu women use a technique called “kanas” to create patterns inspired by nature and personal experiences. As a result, each bag features a unique pattern and color combination.
Made out of 100% woven acrylic threads. Features a crossbody style with a drawstring top.
