INSTRUCTIONS:
- To make the cake, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and coffee. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C), in two round pans for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- For the filling, heat cream, melt chocolate chips, add butter and coffee liqueur (optional). Let cool.
- For the frosting, heat cream, melt chocolate chips. Let cool slightly.
- And to set up, place one cake layer, add filling, place second layer. Frost and decorate.
