We ship our orders from warehouses located in both South Carolina and California.
Shipping charges vary depending on your order total, delivery speed, and destination. You can easily calculate your exact costs on our Check-Out page. We offer a $7.99 flat shipping rate for domestic ground shipments within the Contiguous US. However, all Contiguous US orders of $50 or more qualify for free domestic ground shipping.
We ship using the most efficient carrier for your location, typically USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days.
Returns
FAQReturns are easy and convenient! You can return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or a replacement. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in new condition.
Simply fill out the return section on the packing slip that came with your order and include it in the package with the items you are sending back.
You will receive your credit within 30 business days of us receiving your return.

At the moment, we only ship to the 50 United States. We don’t yet offer shipping to US territories (including Puerto Rico) or international locations, but we hope to expand to these areas very soon!
