To create an account, click the "Account" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Then, complete the required information.

You can change your shipping address at checkout before placing the order.

We ship from our warehouses in California and South Carolina. Where your order ships from depends on what you buy and where it is in stock.

Shipping charges vary depending on your order total, delivery speed, and destination. You can easily calculate your exact costs on our Check-Out page. We offer a $7.99 flat shipping rate for domestic ground shipments within the Contiguous US. However, all Contiguous US orders of $50 or more qualify for free domestic ground shipping.

We ship using the most efficient carrier for your location, typically USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days.

Don't worry, your package is on its way!

USPS occasionally misses the initial scan when they pick up our daily shipments. When this happens, tracking gets stuck on "Label Created" even though the package is moving.

It is very common for tracking to stay frozen for 2–3 days before updating all at once when it reaches your city. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few business days, please reach out to us and we'll gladly help!

Returns

FAQ

Returns are easy and convenient! You can return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or a replacement. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in new condition.

It’s quick and easy! Because we’ve gone paperless, you no longer need a physical packing slip. Just follow these steps:

1. Log into your account using the profile icon in our main menu (or visit our login page).
2. Find the order you want to return and click Request return.
3. Select the items you wish to send back, choose a return reason, and click Submit request.

What happens next? Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with your prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your coffee or gear back to us!

You will receive your credit within 30 business days of us receiving your return.

At the moment, we only ship to the 50 United States. We don’t yet offer shipping to US territories (including Puerto Rico) or international locations, but we hope to expand to these areas very soon!
